Let’s get Hooked UP!
New Construction:
OK Utility Pro will make an initial site visit to meet with you, discuss your utility issue, take measurements if needed, and develop a plan for implementation. For a one time fee OK Utility Pro will then send you a report along with a utility action plan outlining the steps needed to address your utility project, technical drawings if applicable, and a utility site plan. This report will arm you with all of the information you need to manage the project yourself. Ok Utility Pro will still be available to you for questions and direction throughout the entire project. If you need help with some or all of the tasks OK Utility Pro can step in to complete the tasks on your behalf for additional fees or help you determine the best person or craft for each task.
Rebuild or upgrade existing utility services:
Client will provide all existing account information to OK Utility Pro. Account information will be used to evaluate usage history, current rate plan and existing system utilization. OK Utility Pro will determine the best options available to increase utility utilization. Voltage/Phase conversion projects will require nameplate information from proposed equipment connections. OK Utility Pro will make a site visit and send a report to the client outlining the steps needed to complete the project.
Net Metering:
Client will provide all information available for the generation unit to be installed. OK Utility Pro will work on your behalf with the solar or wind generation supply company to client will provide all information available for the generation unit to be installed. Ok Utility Pro will work on your behalf with the solar or wind generation supply company to ensure compliance with the utility company requirements.
Real Estate Services:
Client or organization will provide all utility account information on all locations. Account info will be linked to
properties for account management and utility inspections. An evaluation of each service account will be done to identify areas that may need improvement or increased reliability.
Backup Generators:
OK Utility Pro will complete an evaluation of the existing electric service demand from account history and collected load data. This information will be reviewed with an Oklahoma licensed electrician or electrical contractor to assist in designing a back-up generation scheme. All generator installations must be done by a licensed professional hired by either the client or OK Utility Pro.
